The Simple Goods Antique Show Photos

We arrived at the Comfort Inn on Thursday. We checked in, online and couldn’t wait to go over to the room where the show was going to be held. Many dealers had arrived and were already busy setting up their booths. I was surprised to see how much work was involved. The transformations were amazing.

The transformations were wonderful. Everyone worked so hard and did a great job.

I have a new respect for these dealers now that I see how hard they work.

This is Jill Peterson, on the left, talking with another dealer. She’s the gal that puts out all the wonderful Simple Life books and magazine. She’s just as nice as she could be. Her husband was there too, and they’re booth looked just like a room in a frontier log cabin.

I have lots more photos to show. Tomorrow I’ll try to post more. If I don’t have time, I’ll post again on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday I’ll be going on a short antiquing trip. I can’t wait to see what treasures I can find. Be sure to check my website, I just added a few new items, and there are more to come.

…I so agree regarding doing shows. I don’t know how they do it over and over and over again, not to mention, the driving cross country. It is truly a labor of love.

…That photo of Jill Peterson with the look on her face and the way she’s holding that broom looks like she’s about to open a can of whoop-a**. *giggle*snort* :o )

…I dunno why but I am drawn to the Yodis Antique’s booth. Something about the simple black with the wood doors background and the lighting. I like it.

…Thank you for letting us tag along. :o )
