Ok, I’m Back With More Photos
I’ll tell you, there I need to walk a long walk when I am done! You can be sure that I will do that. I love the pantry box with “sugar” written on it, but don’t they all look great together, not to mention the cupboard they are sitting on. I am hoping that all of you are able to see the photos ok. I like posting them in a nice large size so you can see everything better.
There was a time, quite a few years ago, when I was really loving old decoys. I have a pretty nice collection and I have it displayed on white shelves on my sun porch. If you like them, this store had a huge collection.
I think special American flags are just wonderful for framing. I have the first one my mother bought when she first got married. I had it mounted in a beautiful gold frame and it looks wonderful. On the back I wrote it’s history, for future family members, namely my granddaughter, Emily. It’s one of those things that I really treasure. Of course, don’t we all love old pewter!
I sure hope you have enjoyed your visit to the antique shop. I enjoyed taking you. Now, I really do have to get up out of this chair, I’m starting to feel very flat, if you know what I mean. The owner of this wonderful shop lives in this reproduction house.
HAPPY DAY

Hi Carole, thanks for visitning my blog. I love your “stuff”. Unlike you I am totally un-artistic, but have the will to be! An artist stuck in the body of a typist!

This was really fun. I haven’t blogged for a few days so I’m catching up with you. I love the chairs at the farmers table and the children’s chairs. That sure does look like a store I could really get lost in. Now, I’m not even going to start about the house. I love it too!!! I’m going to tell my hubby I think we need to move your way!!!

I am so glad you enjoyed the photos, Lisa. I don’t know where you are from, but this area of the country is wonderful if you love to antique. Lots of history too.
