Country Treasures
BE SURE TO REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF THE PHOTOS LOOK DISTORTED.
When Janet and I went on our day trip antiquing, ask Country Treasures was right up there on our list of places we wanted to visit. I think it is just the best antique shop I have ever been in, and as you might have guessed by now, I have been in a lot of antique shops! We just couldn’t wait to get inside.
While I was taking these photos, you can see she wasnt’ wasting any time going in.
When you go inside this store, you don’t know which way to go first. Everything is fabulous, and Country Treasures has some of the best painted furniture I have ever seen.
I love that little blue cupboard filled with yellowware. I thought this long country table was fabulous, and oh my gosh, look at all of those wonderful bowls!
There was so much to look at and I didn’t want to miss anything. I have more photos that I want to show you, but I am hungry, and I have not eaten my breakfast yet. So, I really need to go, but I hope you will come back tomorrow, I’ll be here, and we’ll look at more antiques. Until then, remember that I always want you to have a-
Happy day everyone!
Carole-I JUST TRIED REFRESHING MY PAGE, BECAUSE THE LARGER PHOTOS DON’T LOOK QUITE RIGHT, BUT FOR SOME REASON TODAY IT HAS NOT WORKED. THEY SHOULD BE LARGER, SO WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?

Carole…I have to live “vicariously” through your antiqueing ventures and I love it! I haven’t been antiqueing in so long, and there are really not ANY good antiques shops around my house…so I am really glad you post these pictures! I love that blue cupboard..it would fit quite nicely into my living room. Of course, it looks like I could love everything in that shop!
Bobbie (from lacking in antiques Michigan! LOL!)

…Hello Carole, I love, love, love that small hanging robin’s egg blue cupboard, the one with the white swan on top… I too love painted primitive antique furniture, original paint of course!
) But then I’ll make a beeline for an unpainted, original finish, walnut piece – just somethin’ about walnut that cranks my tractor if you know what I mean…lol…
…That is a wonderful store and I can’t wait to see more!
…Blessings…
